Vira, who is originally from from Kharkiv, Ukraine, fled the country after the Russian invasion in 2022.

Students at Radnor Primary School turned pre-loved clothes into catwalk creations as part of an ‘Eco-Eisteddfod’.

Hospital Radio Glamorgan gave the honour to its oldest volunteer. It recognises an outstanding contribution to the charity.

Inspectors found that the school provides a “welcoming and inclusive environment where pupils feel safe, supported and valued”.

The club provides open access activities for young people and the wider community in one of the least advantaged areas of the city.

To commemorate this milestone, a Cultural Exchange Day was held on August 6 at North Ely Youth Centre.
