Mark Burnell pleaded guilty to three burglaries, three attempted burglaries and multiple counts of fraud by false representation.

Georgie Tannetta, of Trowbridge, will be jailed for a minimum of 22 years after being sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on 27 June.

Cardiff is one of only five areas taking part in the UK pilot project, with other places including Liverpool and Derby.
