Fifteen venues in Cardiff have been awarded the money through a Cardiff Council fund.

Alanis Morrissette will perform as part of Blackweir Live, taking place from 27 June to 2 July along with Kings of Leon, despite being originally set to headline at Cardiff Castle.

Porter’s Cardiff, based on Barrack Lane, will open a 60-seat pub theatre in its basement on March 1.
